In my opinion, no other game in this genre has ever delivered such an engaging, surprising and connecting story arc. Nexomon: Extinction has one of the most well knitted story arcs in its genre. There is plenty more for me to prattle on about, let’s dig deep into the game at hand. The whole mobile gaming aspect including in app purchases and timed features, feels a little off for me when it comes to an engaging RPG. The mobile game was interesting enough to make me want to try the console sequel but it had its flaws. Truth be told, I played the Nexomon title on mobile after hearing the news of its sequel coming out. I won’t be the guy who says he has played it all. Nexomon:Extinction is a sequel to the Mobile release Nexomon game which also has a predecessor title Micromon. Due to the extensive dominance of Pokemon in this genre, it is a daring approach to even think of developing a game in this market. I have played/completed/abused each and every one of them. Like most gamers of my generation, the Pokemon series of games left a huge imprint growing up. ![]() The genre is known for the Pokemon series of games.
